If you didn’t catch it on our blog, we recently had our annual canned food drive where we auctioned off five fall mini sessions to the people who bid the most food items which would be donated to the local food pantry.  People were so generous with their donations and we also decided to match the top bid ourselves.  We announced the results on the blog and we were proud that together we collected over a thousand food items for the hungry!  That is just amazing!

Dad had a fun time the day of the fall sessions.  He started off meeting the military family who won a session in our Facebook contest.  You can read more about that in the Notes tab on our Facebook page.  Then more amazing families came with their donations of food items and soon our living room and front entryway was filled with food!  It was amazing to see what we had collected by the end of the day (more on that in a separate blog update later on today!)  Thanks again to everyone from the bottom of our hearts.
