After an engagement session that was a lot of laughs, Jason had been looking forward to joining Leighann and Trevor on their wedding day. He knew it would be a blast photographing such a fun couple, and they did not disappoint! Jason joined Leighann as she got ready at her mom’s house that morning. Cari of KyleLynn Weddings was there and she is always terrific. Leighann learned an important lesson about deodorant and black lint that morning 🙂 The bride and her friends and family kept Jason entertained all morning.
The ceremony was held at the Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church. Jason felt special when he saw a “Reserved for Photographer” mat made just for him! The Pastor had some pretty strict rules for him. Normally she didn’t allow photographs at all during the marriage service but the bride and groom had made arrangements and Jason was allowed to take photographs if he stood on that mat and did not move or even lean over. He was told that the Pastor would stop the service if he did so he made sure to behave.
The reception was at Ruth Eckerd Hall and Eric from Grant Hemond was there as the DJ. The guest book was a beautiful album of the couple’s engagement pictures and there was a large framed engagement image on the table with the seat assignments. The reception was so much fun and everyone had a great time! Jason pulled the couple away for a short time to get some pictures with the rainbow in the sky and at sunset and then everyone went back to dancing and enjoying themselves.
Leighann and Trevor’s wedding day really reflected the two of them as a couple: bright, fun, and beautiful! Congratulations to the newlyweds!
