Chrissie and David were married at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion and celebrated with a reception at the St. Augustine Hall in the Grand Floridian.  Rev. Kevin Knox of A Beautiful Ceremony was the officiant and Scott Messina of Messina Productions was the DJ for the wedding.

The bride and groom made the day their own by including details and attire to reflect their styles and personalities, all with a Disney theme.  Chrissie’s gown was covered with purple butterflies and her butterfly hair piece even lit up!  David wore a boutonniere made with a grape soda bottle cap as they had in the Disney movie Up.  My favorite Disney movie was part of the wedding attire too!  The flower girl was escorted down the aisle by the Pumpkin King himself, Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas.  Menus at the reception had silhouettes and fonts to reflect The Haunted Mansion at Disney World, and the reception tables had different Disney characters silhouetted against a glittery purple background in an ornate and shimmery silver frame.  The linens were silver sequins and sparkled beautifully!  And of course one of the hits of the night was the projection cake!  Pixie dust, princesses, carriages, and carousels came to life on Chrissie and David’s wedding cake.

The bride and groom did a wonderful job putting together all the details of their day and guests had a great time!  Congratulations to the newlyweds, and thanks so much for having us as part of your wedding team!
