Kali and Farhan had a beautiful, colorful wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota.  Kali got ready with a stylist from Fresh Salon in Sarasota.  The wedding included some Indian elements and Kali had mehndi applied to her hands and feet that looked amazing!  Kali wore a bodice by Carol Hannah and skirt from Ivy + Aster, though they went together so well that I didn’t even realize that she wore two pieces!

The couple had their First Look in the Ship Room and then went outside for a few more bride and groom pictures before the ceremony by the water.  Grace from A Wedding with Grace is so great to work with and always does a wonderful job officiating.  I am in love with the wedding arch used at the ceremony!  It had bright colored paper flowers with a rainbow of ribbons streaming down as a backdrop.  The chairs along the aisle also had the colorful ribbons, as did the bouquets that Kali and her maid of honor carried.  Yelena of Elegant Designs Floral Art Studio put together such pretty arrangements using yellow, pink, purple, blue, and green flowers.

Milan Catering and Event Design made not just the dinner but the intricately decorated heart-shaped wedding cake as well.  They did a fantastic job!  DJ Eric from Grant Hemond was also part of the terrific team of vendors that Kali and Farhan put together.  I want a root beer float shot!  Guests enjoyed a summer night in Florida with a pink and purple sunset.  The colorful sky matched the wedding’s colorful theme.
