Congratulations to newlyweds Meredith and Nick! They were married at the South Florida Museum. The venue just felt like Florida to them and they had it in mind for their wedding before they were even engaged.
Meredith had a classic bridal updo. Her hair and makeup was done by a stylist from IMG Academy. She definitely knew what look she wanted – her gown was the first one she had tried on when gown shopping!
Ms. Scarlett’s Flowers was the florist for the wedding. Meredith’s bouquet was even more special because the lace around it was lace from her mother’s veil. Nick was not left out of things passed down from family members. His ring was made from a necklace given to him by his grandmother. I love when weddings include such special family items! It was obvious that family was important to the bride and groom. Their officiant was Rev. Tony Spencer of the First Baptist Church, Forest City NC. He is also Meredith’s dad!
Cheryl from Nellie’s Deli was the catering manager for the wedding and it was great working with her. Cakes by Ron made the wedding cake. The newlyweds had the laid back, classic wedding that they were hoping for and everyone enjoyed celebrating with the happy couple!
